Personal Martial Arts Training

Our personal training sessions are fantastic if you don’t like the group environment, can’t make regular class times, or as an add-on to group classes so you can work on specific areas where you need improvement. All the focus is on getting you where you want to be.


Our personal sessions give you the edge when it comes to goal setting. We work towards a specific outcome, together. Sometimes when you need that extra push, a 1 on 1 session is just what the doctor ordered. Being accountable can be just the motivation necessary to keep you on track.


These sessions are specialized and, therefore, tailored to your individual needs. Consequently, with consistency, they will lead to miraculous achievements.


Personal training sessions can be focused on Taekwon-Do, Taekwon-Fit, Self-defence, or a unique, tailored program designed to suit your needs.
